Cannabis Community College (CCC) provides state-specific education enabling students to work in any sector of the legal cannabis industry. Its platform covers state compliance, regulations, standard operating procedures, and much more. DISCOVERY+ Star Leon Logothetis’ New Book ‘Go Be Brave’: Empowering Mental Health & Self Confidence

24¾ Adventures to help the 50 Million Americans Experiencing Mental Health Issues

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, Netflix and Discovery+ host Leon Logothetis will release his new bookGo Be Brave: 24¾ Adventures for a Fearless, Wise, and Truly Magnificent Life. The book encourages readers to fight for their voice and find ways to free themselves from unhealthy labels we tend to place on ourselves and society, including mental health stigmas, bullying, and trauma. His own journey of self-discovery inspires Logothetis' book as he learned to be brave in order to overcome mental health obstacles in his own life.

His book comes at a crucial time, with over 50 million Americans experiencing a mental health illness. "The key is to be brave," says Logothetis. "I want readers to know that it is OK not to be OK. It's OK not always to be strong. Through my years traveling around the world with no money to my name, relying solely on the kindness of strangers, I found that true bravery is when you know you need to ask for help. When we speak our truth."

Go Be Brave takes readers on 24¾ adventures, with bravery exercises to start becoming more confident and courageous, arming them with the bravery skills to make life what they intended it to be. Leon, who also struggled with years of bullying, trauma, along with mental health issues, serves as the tour guide throughout.

  • Why everyone should get mad: The five lessons of anger, towards understanding that anger is simply fear turned inside out.
  • Learn to say "yes" to adventure, and embrace saying "no" to things that don't serve you.
  • How finding a bravery buddy is the interpersonal connection we need to experience deep change.
  • Start writing in a "truth diary" - where you get a safe place to finally speak your truth.

Logothetis has made a successful career out of inspiring others around the world through his popular NETFLIX show, The Kindness Diaries (now airing on Discovery+). He believes that bravery isn't something you either have or don't have — it's something you can learn over time with practice and dedication. "It takes courage every day to step into the unknown and speak our truths," says Logothetis. "But if we do it together, we can all become brave emotional warriors."

Go Be Brave offers readers an opportunity for transformation by guiding them through steps towards embracing vulnerability and taking risks in order to live with joy rather than fear. By teaching readers how to be brave enough to confront their issues head-on, the book provides a path forward for those struggling with fear and doubt.

Logothetis hopes this book will serve as a beacon of hope for those who feel trapped — giving them back control over their lives by helping them see that they can conquer anything they set their minds on. With Go Be Brave, readers can begin the process of healing while finding strength within themselves along the way.

MONUMENTAL OUTDOOR PUBLIC EXHIBITION
Beginning at 4:00 pm on April 27, The artist will be present and giving a speech at 101 E 37th Street and Park Avenue. This public exhibition of nine monumental sculptures was made possible by the support of the Patrons of Park Avenue (POPA), the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association (MHNA), the City Of New York, and the Bartoux family. The artworks are installed outdoors on the Park Avenue divide between 34th and 39th Street through the end of 2023. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

HYPER-REALISTIC AND RETROSPECTIVE SOLO SHOW

Thanks to an innovative animated video produced in collaboration with Superbien Studio, experience her at the sea, lulled by the sound of the waves. PISCES becomes more and more real according to the cycle of the sun, from dawn to dusk...at night, she disappears into the sea.

Snapify Set on Redefining Event Photography Industry, Launches Equity Investment Round for First-of-Its-Kind AI-Powered Solution

Snapify's all-in-one AI-powered solution shortens typical event photography workflows by as much as 90% and is on a mission to shake up a $39B industry that is long overdue for disruption.

Snapify Is Redefining The Photoshoot Experience

Snapify's all-in-one AI-powered solution is decreasing the post-processing workflow for event photographers by as much as 90%

Snapfiy announces the launch of its community equity investment round on Wefunder. The funds raised will be used to scale the company's product development, operations, marketing, and sales. Snapify's first-of-its-kind, end-to-end AI solution empowers professional event photographers by cutting their post-shoot editing workflow by as much as 90%, enabling them to deliver high-quality photos to their clients much faster than current wait times, which can typically last weeks.

Snapify's suite of photography tools includes several components, including a small, dedicated cellular-based device that attaches to any professional camera and backs up photos to the cloud in real time, an SD card that connects the camera to the rest of the suite, an app which is used to process and manage the photos on automatically-created web galleries that can also be shared with clients, and a sophisticated AI-powered editing algorithm that applies studio-quality culling and editing in near real time.

"I couldn't be more excited to bring innovation to an industry that is long overdue for advancement," said Ran Rahav, Co-founder and CEO of Snapify. "Snapify will transform the event photography experience with technology that significantly boosts efficiency both during and post-shoot, reducing excessive wait times for clients who can receive their professionally edited photos much faster, and freeing up a considerable amount of time for photographers to pursue more work opportunities or simply enjoy the more free time between jobs."

The global AI market is valued at over $136 billion and is expected to grow by at least 120% year-over-year. With $1.5 million already invested in their patent-pending AI technology, the response from Snapify's users has been extremely promising. "The ability to back up, cull, edit and deliver photos to clients up to 90% faster gives event photographers a competitive edge in an era where clients demand both speed and uncompromising quality from service providers. Photographers who stick to outdated, time-consuming processes will eventually lose out to those who are embracing AI-powered tools that boost both productivity and quality simultaneously," said Shai Zohar, founder and CTO.

Snapify's all-in-one, end-to-end AI solution includes real-time storage, editing, and photo-sharing features that no other solution is offering, placing the company in a unique position to disrupt the $39B global photographic services industry, which is expected to be valued at $52 billion by 2026, growing at a CAGR of 6%.

"By the end of 2023, we expect to have around 200 paying customers, generating $1 million in revenue (ARR). Investing in Snapify today - before we experience exponential growth - presents a unique opportunity for equity crowdfunding investors to join us on our journey to redefine the future of professional event photography," says Rahav.

The Snapify community investment round is available on Wefunder and is open to both accredited and non-accredited investors, with a minimum investment of $250. The opportunity is available for a limited time only.
